1. Crushing: Raw materials are crushed into fine powder (particle size ≤3 mm) to facilitate uniform mixing and pellet formation.
2. Mixing: Grains, protein feeds, premixes, and various additives are thoroughly blended to produce nutritionally balanced feed.
3. Pelletizing: Compress the powder through a ring die to form hardened, gelatinized pellets.
4. Cooling: Cool the high-temperature, high-moisture pellets to reduce moisture content below 12%, facilitating storage.
5. Packaging: The cooled pellets are automatically weighed and bagged for convenient transportation and feeding.
