Working Principle

This mushroom substrate bagging machine is classified into low punch type, medium punch type and high punch type. This product operates stably and is easy to operate. It adopts a pure mechanical punching structure. The material surface of the mushroom bags is flat, round and smooth, and the length, tightness are consistent.It can form an assembly line together with the mixer and the conveyor, which reduces labor costs and improves work efficiency.

Single Punch Bagging Machine

This Mushroom Bagging Machine is suitable for various mushroom bags with a bagging height of 15-20 cm.

Double Punch Bagging Machine

This Mushroom Bagging Machine is suitable for the cultivation of edible fungus strains and short-bagged materials for mushrooms such as enoki mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, and black fungus. The filling height is 15-20 cm.

Medium punch bagging machine

This Mushroom Bagging Machine is suitable for edible fungus varieties such as oyster mushrooms, pleurotus cornucopiae, pterula mushrooms, and golden oyster mushrooms, which are cultivated in bags with cooked or raw materials. The filling height is 28-33 cm.

High punch bagging machine

This Mushroom Bagging Machine is specially designed for long-bagged shiitake mushrooms, and the filling height is 38-45CM.
